Massages are provided by a dedicated team of female professional therapists
who are certified by the American Massage Therapy Association. Their base
technique is Swedish massage. In addition, each individual therapist
supplements the basic technique with other modalities including deep tissue

An herbal wrap is a 45-minute treatment that begins with 15 minutes of pre-heating
in the Eucalyptus steam bath or the Jacuzzi hot tub. While still hot from
the bath, the client is wrapped in sheets that have been steaming in a fragrant
herbal bath. Attended by your therapist, you remain wrapped for 30 minutes,
sweating out impurities and enjoying the aroma of the herbs and essential
oils. Herbal wraps use a fragrant blend of the following soothing and detoxifying herbs: rosebuds, lavender, peppermint, strawberry leaf, raspberry leaf, orange peel, orange petals, lemongrass, chamomile, rosemary, sage, celandine, white pine bark, and rosehips. All massage and wrap treatments begin with a visit to the spa baths – dry
sauna, eucalyptus steam bath, and Jacuzzi hot tub. Check-in is permitted
one hour before the scheduled time of your treatment. After treatments,
guests are welcome to rest or read in the relaxation room, but may not return
to the spa baths. Kimono robes, towels, washcloths, shower caps, lockers, soap, shampoo, lotion and hair dryers are provided. The use of bathing suits in the spa baths is optional. Complimentary herbal tea is served in the relaxation room, and bottled water is available for purchase. A Spa visit includes use of all 3 spa baths and the relaxation room for a three hour limit. No appointment is required to use the spa baths. Visitors are admitted on a first come/first served basis. If necessary, we will limit the number of spa visitors admitted in order to maintain a serene, spacious environment in the facilities. Groups of friends planning to visit the baths together, especially on weekends, are encouraged to call first to be sure we can accommodate you.
